All About Venues offers a free, unbiased, professional venue sourcing and supplier introductory service. Working within the client brief and agreed timescales, All About Venues will undertake an extensive search and provide as many options as possible. This is a free service providing the enquiry is seen through to confirmation with a commission paying venue or supplier.

We undertake any projects under the following terms and conditions and All About Venues may make a charge if the client:-

>Confirms a venue via another agency.

>Provisionally holds a venue directly then uses All About Venues to undertake a comparative search and books the original venue directly.

>Confirms a venue directly that is outside the original brief (eg. Different location, dates, budget, venue style etc).

>Uses All About Venues to conduct a search as a costing exercise with out informing us.

>A colleague within that organisation (or Partner Company) books the same event directly or via another agency.

>Confirms a venue directly with a venue contained within our original proposal.

 

Flexibility:
We do understand that the very nature of event organising means that plans change, budgets may occasionally be cut and some research may already have been undertaken before contacting All About Venues with a brief. Naturally we do wish to be flexible and work within your own constraints. Any administrative fees may be avoided if All About Venues is informed, at the time of enquiry, of any of those points above that might be relevant to enable us to decline or accept the project on those terms.

All About Venues offer a full event management service and would be happy to discuss any further event support on a fee basis. In the case that the client appoints an alternative event management company to take over the event management, that agency is NOT ELIGIBLE to receive any commissions from venues or suppliers for any aspect whatsoever of the confirmed event. By providing us with a brief the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
